Hi, my name is Tim larkins.  I'm a graduate of AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training Institute) and a member of NACHI.  I've been in business since 2005 and home inspections are all I do.

I've been married to my beautiful wife Julie for 10 years and have one son, Jack (2 years old).  I'm a dedicated family man and business professional.  I'm also an active member of my church and currently serve on the church council.  We've been living in the area for over 9 years and consider the Tennessee valley our home. 

I'm a member of both the Carpet Capital Association or Realtors and the Chattanooga Association of Realtors and have realtor keys for both associations.  I'm most active in the local realty board (Carpet Capital Association of Realtors) serving on both the Community Service Committee and the RPAC Committee.  An honor I'm very proud of was being chosen as the "Affiliate of the Year" for 2006 by the CCAR.  Helping my local community and clients is what I'm about.

My Promise to You

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort and concern for his clients best interest.
